What is GymQuest?
GymQuest is a quality assurance accreditation for providers of gymnastic or trampolining classes and Rebound Therapy sessions.
The service is commissioned by Gymnastic Britannia and administrated by

GymQuest enables providers to show that they have complied with a set of criteria designed to ensure best practice.
A club or provider with GymQuest accreditation is likely to inspire more confidence in members and parents than one without a quality assurance accreditation.

Who is it for?
Applications are welcomed from clubs, schools, leisure centres and others such as day and residential centres.

Many providers of gymnastic and trampolining classes are not members of an organisation which is linked to Sport England, therefore they cannot apply for the ClubMark accreditation. Others simply may not want to go down the ClubMark route.
In either case, GymQuest could be for you.

How many levels of accreditation are there?
Two: Gold and Platinum.

Gold is for providers who accommodate predominantly mainstream or predominantly disabled people.
Most providers are in this category.

Platinum is for those providers who can show that they are fully inclusive, i.e. accommodate and actively encourage members from all levels of ability from disabilities with complex needs to the very able. They will need to show that they can accommodate all levels of ability.

How do I apply?
1) Decide whether you are applying for Gold or Platinum accreditation (read the criteria section to ascertain this.)

2) Complete the electronic application form and email, post or fax it back to the address shown.
The fee can be paid by BACS, PayPal, Credit card, Debit card, cheque or you can request an invoice.

3) When your application has been accepted and payment received, you may commence working on the documents.
Study the criteria and the example documents.
Use the Checklist to make sure you are covering all requirements.

4) Submit your documents.
You may submit the documents one at a time or you may prefer to complete them all before sending them to us. Either way, we will go through all your documents and advise of omissions etc as may be appropriate.
A visit to your club or centre from a GymQuest quality assurance officer may be necessary. There is no additional charge for this.
